The Lakeville Martial Arts Club
is dedicated to teaching principles of developing self confidence,
coordination, self defense, self discipline, sportsmanship, and
friendship. Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art which requires
the use of only the hands and feet, without weapons. The main
goal of Tae Kwon Do is to achieve total mind and body control.
Tae Kwon Do also helps develop strength, flexibility, endurance,
speed, balance, memory, concentration, and self-control. |
